Operandi Collezione Licensing Fee Breakdown

Fee:

A one-time licensing fee of $18,000 USD will be charged for collaborations with Operandi Collezione.

Includes:

  • The right to collaborate with Operandi Collezione under agreed project terms.

  •  Use of Operandi Collezione branding, logos, and approved promotional assets.

  • Dedicated review and approval of design, material, and product proposals to ensure alignment with

  • Operandi Collezione’s brand values and quality standards.

  • Minimum production quantities determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on material

  • Selection and design scope.

  • Terms: The exclusivity fee is non-refundable and guarantees that no other watch rolls will be produced in the specified exclusive color and material for the agreed period.

Terms of Agreement

  • The licensing fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to commencement of the collaboration.

  • Standards of craftsmanship and brand positioning.

  • Any additional fees or royalties for extended product lines, unique designs, or long-term

  • Partnerships will be negotiated separately and outlined in the formal agreement.

  • All collaboration are subject to evaluation to ensure consistency with Operandi Collezione.

Usage Rights

  • Licensees are granted limited rights to use the Operandi Collezione brand name, logos, and approved product imagery for the duration of the collaboration.

  • All marketing, promotional, and product-related materials must receive written approval from

  • Operandi Collezione before public release.

Termination

  • Operandi Collezione reserves the right to terminate any collaboration agreement if the licensee

  • Fails to uphold agreed-upon standards or misrepresents the Operandi Collezione brand in any way.
