At Operandi Collezione, we value the uniqueness and exclusivity of our brand. To ensure that all collaborations align with our commitment to quality, luxury, and craftsmanship, the following license fee structure applies to any brand or entity wishing to collaborate with us:
Collaboration License Fee
1. Standard Collaboration License Fee

Fee: A one-time fee of $10,000 USD will be charged for all standard collaborations.

Includes: Rights to create your own roll design with Operandi Collezione brand and your own logo.

Terms: The fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the collaboration begins.
- Minimum quantities will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the leather selection and Pantone colors.
2. Exclusive Color & Material License Fee

Fee: A one-time fee of $12,000 USD will be charged for collaborations seeking exclusive rights to a specific color Pantone or material combination for watch rolls.
- Includes:
- Exclusive rights to the specified color Pantone and material mix.
- Ensures that no other collaboration or product by Operandi Collezione will feature the same color or material combination during the term of the agreement.
- The use of Operandi Collezione branding, logos, and promotional assets.
- Minimum quantities will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the leather selection and Pantone colors.

Terms: The exclusivity fee is non-refundable and guarantees that no other watch rolls will be produced in the specified exclusive color and material for the agreed period.
Terms of Agreement
- The license fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the commencement of any collaboration.
- Collaborations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our brand values and quality standards.
- Any additional fees or royalties (if applicable) for extended product lines, exclusive designs, or long-term partnerships will be negotiated separately and stipulated in the formal agreement.
Usage Rights
- Licensees are granted limited rights to use the Operandi Collezione brand name, logos, and product images for the duration of the collaboration.
- All marketing, promotional materials, and product representations must be approved by Operandi Collezione prior to public release.
Termination
Operandi Collezione reserves the right to terminate any collaboration agreement if the licensee fails to meet the agreed-upon standards or misrepresents the Operandi Collezione brand in any way.
